Hello estimated Elisabeth:
If your consultation is as it's been exposed and you have not left any important detail to mention I inform you that as community families have no problem getting, but to avoid possible incidents ideally traveling with a new passport without exit stamps, while the family relationship still exists should not have any problems.
Regards.

I do not know if I have to arrange a root or just for being familiar community could come. My husband does not even Community nationality but are asking the Italian pending, Are we desperate, which is what we do? My husband was going to do a risky operation and she wants to come and help and stay a few years and has not let fear get to Spain and also not be illegal. Thank You.

Hello Andrea
I have to inform you that your mother is always applicable Community rules and when you expose Consultation is like me and your husband processed the community resident card. To come and live in Spain entry visa is not required for Argentine citizens, yes must travel with the birth of your husband is your child, legalized, (in this case apostille), to show that there is a family link; the literal your marriage certificate issued by the Spanish civil registration or, If you married outside Spain, certificate from the authorities of the country stating that your marriage is valid, under its domestic law, duly translated if non-Spanish language (not: Italian) and apostilled. These documents must be issued in the three months prior to the trip; documentation proving you, you're the Union citizen, live in Spain (certificate of registration, employment contract, lease,..); and, last, documentation demonstrating that your mother is financially dependent on you (Remittances). If you've left something important to mention I have to tell you that your husband does not comply with the premises of familiar Community (has issued card or marriage is not valid in Spain for example) to be over 65 if they could host the reunification of the General Regimen.
I hope I've been helpful. Luck!

Hello Antonio,
If your daughter wants to go to college in Spain must obtain a student visa to be processed at the Spanish Consulate in Caracas; requirements that require him to prove sufficient for your livelihood in Spain economic means and has been admitted to a center of Spanish studies either public or private.
I do get the instructions are posted on the website of the Spanish consulate as if studies are higher or lower than the 6 months.
