SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES AUTHORIZATION

In view of the exceptional circumstances that attend, may be granted temporary residence permit to foreign which are in Spain on the following assumptions, provided there is no bad faith of the applicant.

Temporary Residence Permit Grounding reasons.

May be granted a residence permit on grounds of belonging, on the following assumptions:

•Rooting Labor, may obtain an authorization the foreign evidencing continued stay in Spain for a minimum period of two years, provided they have no criminal record in Spain and in their country of origin, and demonstrate the existence of relations whose duration is not less than one year.

•Social Arraigoforeigners evidencing continued stay in Spain for a minimum period of three years, provided they have no criminal record in Spain and in their country of origin, have an employment contract signed by the worker and the employer at the time of the application whose duration is not less than one year, well prove family ties with other foreign residents, either submit a report stating their social issued by the city in which he has his habitual residence. For this purpose, family ties shall refer exclusively to spouses, ascendants and lineal descendants.

•Arraigo "Familiar".In the case of children of a parent who had been originally Spanish.

Temporary Residence Permit: Refugee.

Authorization may be granted for reasons of international protection to the people that the Minister of the Interior, authorized to remain in Spain as provided in the law governing the right of asylum and refugee status, and displaced foreigners.

Temporary Residence Permit for humanitarian.

Authorization may be granted for humanitarian reasons, on the following assumptions:

• At foreign victims of the offenses established in Articles 311 a 314 Penal Code, of crime in the employees who attended the aggravating circumstance of commission for a racist, Semitic or other discrimination, defined in article 22.4, Penal Code, offenses or violent behavior in the family exerted, in the terms provided by the law governing the protection of victims of domestic violence, provided that judgment has been pronounced by such offenses.

• At foreign evidencing suffering a serious illness occurring in nature requiring specialized healthcare, impossible to access in their home country, and the fact of being interrupted or not receiving involving serious risk to life or health. Will need a clinical report issued by the relevant health authority.

• Foreigners who prove that his move to the country in which they originate or come, in order to apply for a visa that corresponds, implies a threat to their safety or that of your family, and meet the other requirements for obtaining a temporary residence permit or residence and work.

Without prejudice to the provisions of the preceding paragraphs, authorization may be granted to personscollaborate with the administrative authorities, police, prosecution or judicial, or where therepublic interest or national securityjustifying the need to authorize their residence in Spain.
